Musicologists do not argue that the scale of Georgian folk music is neither major-minor, nor does it coincide with medieval European modal scales, however today the topic of  researchers’ interest is what this scale is like, at various times this problem was studied by Georgian and Western specialists – Kakhi Rosebashvili, Malkhaz Erkvanidze, Stuart Gelzer and others, a number of their noteworthy suppositions…….
