A memorandum was formalized between the State Folklore Centre and the Foundation “Kartuli galoba” on 23 January.

The formalization was preceded by a significant fact: on the initiative of the Centre’s Executive Director Giorgi Donadze, father Iakob consecrated the Centre’s building together with other clergy. Giorgi Donadze opened the meeting of the Centre’s Supervisory Board and employees at the Conference Hall; He talked about the significance of the memorandum formalized with the Foundation “Kartuli galoba”, future plans and projects. Nana Gotua – Director of the Foundation “Kartuli galoba”, representatives of the Ministry of Culture and invited guests also attended the meeting.
