Levan Veshapidze – Coordinator of Georgian Church Music Direction of the State Folklore Centre created a computer font “Artem Ekomaishvili” named after Artem Erkomaishvili – savior of numerous examples of traditional church chants, a worthy representative of the Erkomaishvili dynasty of singers. For this purpose Veshapidze used Artem Erkomaishvili’s handwritten texts preserved at the archive of the State Folklore Centre of Georgia.  The material was delivered to Veshapidze by Nana Kalandadze – chief coordinator of the Archive. The author dedicated the new font to Georgian church.
